MLM and personal growth go hand-in-hand. In fact, it's been said that MLM is a personal growth program with a compensation plan attached. For most of us, there are always fears that hold us back to some degree, that stop us from reaching our dreams. This MLM success tip is a simple 4-step plan to help you motivate yourself.

1. Recognize and acknowledge the truth: the world around you is constantly changing. People have the illusion that their life is the same as last week, last month, last year. It's only an illusion. You are either going up or you are going down. There is no middle.

Want proof? Read a newspaper or a magazine, or watch the news. Observe your family, friends, and co-workers. Everything is in motion. No one is running in place. The world is constantly changing. For some, it gets better.

But 95% of the population will retire with nothing. For them, life gets worse. Why? Because they don't do anything to improve their position. And just by virtue of the world around them changing, their position in that world must constantly change.

2. Realize that you ARE either getting better, or you are getting worse. Life - and your MLM business - do not stay the same for long. Minutes. Maybe hours. But before long, they either get better or worse. It may not be noticeable to you for awhile, but your condition is constantly changing.

And guess what? The only way your life & MLM business change for the better is if YOU guide them. You must make the decision, lay out a plan, set targets. Follow your plan, achieve your goals, and your life and business will improve.

If you don't do this, then your life and your network marketing business are still constantly changing ... for the worse. You are going farther and farther off the path you would choose for yourself ... because it's so easy NOT to do those little things consistently every day that guide you to your goals.

3. At some point, your momentum will speed up ... a LOT! If you're getting better, you are on the path to great abundance. But if you are not intentionally, consistently upgrading your position, if you are not improving, enriching, building, leveraging, if you are not enhancing your personal and professional value every day ... then you are slowly rolling down the side of the mountain.

And at some point, your fall will pick up speed. Wouldn't you rather get on the right path and get momentum going in a positive direction?

4. Be sure you are in the right position, with the right MLM team and the right MLM mentor, so you are making progress toward those goals in life that you truly want. Are you in a good position right now to make the necessary changes? Or do you need to re-evaluate your current situation and look around some more?
