Introduction

Making money online is no longer as easy as in the past and you got to focus on a niche that you will be interested to learn and improve your knowledge as you need to become an expert on the subject.  

Niche Focus

Finding a niche market is the right way to go, my mentor told me awhile ago to become an expert in something within my niche. Well my niche is in Internet Marketing so, I decided to learn everything I could about Wordpress, mainly because I like working with it. But as I got deeper into the world of Wordpress, I found several opportunities and more substance than I had imagined. So at this point, I decided why stop at being an expert? I've probably picked up and know more after studying for the last three months than most people. However, does that make me an expert? It probably depends how you look at it, but I don't think so. I guess I could be another self-proclaimed expert, but where will that get me? What is the sense in being average at something or being good at something? There is average everywhere in our lives and our daily routines. A lot of people claim to be an expert in whatever their endeavor is and that is fine, however, what is wrong with being one of the best? If you are one of the best, you won't have to go looking for customers or business, because your talents will go viral and they will come looking for you.

To Be An Expert

For someone to be an expert it would take a lot of long hours and a lot of work to establish your expertise, this is true, however, to be one of the best would mean that the individual went that extra mile to achieve what he accomplished. In my research and studying, I have found that there is a lot of information that I didn't even know existed before. Sure I knew that there were books out there that I have never read, but then I received a list, from a friend that I reached out to, and I couldn't believe just how many different books there were. And I still know there is more, because I know someone that wrote a book and it wasn't on the list.

Continuous Improvement

Of course, I plan to dedicate myself to what I feel passionate about and hope to do to get where I want to go, is to get into website development, coding in HTML, CSS and PHP. I also know that this may be a tall order, but I've just got to buckle down, apply myself and give it my best. And I also want to keep writing and studying more about getting traffic. I've started with HTML, but not the others as of yet. Wish me luck and I'll try to keep you posted.
