Every new leads who joins has a sponsor which is the person who got him into the business. That person and those above them comprise an "upline" of people who should be available to help the person succeed with the mlm business opportunity.
 
With such a huge failure rate in MLM opportunity, there are going to be more people quitting the mlm business than those who start. Since there are so many people dropping out or are finding it a difficult business, it may be hard to find someone to help. 

The sponsor or immediate upline may be unavailable or un-contactable. It may be that the new lead, distributor or consultant does not know any of his upline who are working in the business. If that is the case and if they really wants to work the business, they can go further upline to find some leader who is willing to help. As they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It may be that no one will find you unless you took the initial step to find them. You may have to seek them out in order to get any help.
 
If that still does not work and no one seems interested in helping you, there is something else you can do. All MLM companies these days use technology to their great advantage. Someone had suggested using their online methods to seek out prospects, to present the opportunity, to get sign ups, and to train your downline. Websites are available which provide training and prospecting videos. Conference calls and webinars are now often held on a regular basis by the company itself or by various leaders within the opportunity. Most of these webinars are open to anyone who wishes to join. It is just a matter of seeking out the information to listen or watch.
 
The main objective of surviving in your mlm online business is to set goals, make a plan, and stick with it. There are a lot of help out there available for the taking even if personal help is not forthcoming. Sometimes, what it all takes is finding it on your own and plugging into whatever is available.
