There are people using PLR to build a passive income from the net for themselves. PLR stands for private label rights.  PLR contents if used correctly can be used to start your own business on the internet. PLR is content that had been written by an author who was paid for their time for their writing services. 

You may never be using this content as your own, and it is never a good idea to submit private label rights material to an article directory without any changes as there may be many others who are submitting the same contents. You should instead use private label rights as eBooks, videos, audios, and reports to sell on the net. You can then repackage this content into many different streams of online PLR passive income.

One good idea is by using the private label rights content to add to a membership site. It is really very simple to set up a membership site nowadays with a simple WordPress plugin, there is absolutely no reason not to take advantage of this revenue PLR passive income stream. Try to add at least two private label rights eBooks and reports to my membership site each and every month.

You can also repackage this writing by rewriting it, adding a few appropriate affiliate links, and then selling or giving it away as freebies to your list, your friends on Facebook, and your Twitter followers. After a period of time, you will make money and get your name recognized as someone who can provides valuable information on your topic. Encourage the people you give it to by allowing them to share the information with others. This is how many people built their lists quickly.

You can also use some of this content as your free giveaway on an optin page. I like to combine several articles on one topic to give away to my prospects. The content is usually very good and requires almost no rewriting or editing. Not all private label content is created equal, so be sure to read it word for word before repurposing it as your own.

Finally, you can do some serious editing and then sell this content in the form of an eBook or short report. This is done by simply setting up a site and letting it bring you income on autopilot. It may not earn you much money right away, but over time you will be amazed at what can be accomplished in your online business.
